The family-owned distillery produces small batches of spirits with NB sourced ingredients. With a water-saving sustainable distilling system and ‘farm-to-bottle’ initiative, they produce high-quality artisanal products. Visit the farm and walk your way through to the distillery to experience their free distillery tours. You'll learn the process behind the making of their vodka, gin, rum, brandy, liqueur & whisky. Afterwards, make your way to the outdoor patio and sip on specially prepared cocktails overlooking the Chocolate River. They offer 100% local products to snack on while enjoying the view on the Bay of Fundy.
